Drug intelligence / Profile preview
serplulimab + anlotinib + nab-paclitaxel is a combination regimen consisting of the anti-programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) monoclonal antibody serplulimab, the multitarget tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) anlotinib, and the microtubule inhibitor nab-paclitaxel (nanoparticle albumin-bound paclitaxel). This triplet combination is being evaluated as a second-line therapy for patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) who have progressed on prior first-line immunochemotherapy. Serplulimab enhances T-cell-mediated antitumor immune responses by blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway, while anlotinib inhibits tumor angiogenesis and growth by targeting vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR1/2/3), fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR1/2/3/4), platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFRα/β), and c-Kit. Nab-paclitaxel delivers cytotoxic chemotherapy by disrupting microtubule dynamics, leading to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. Together, these agents act synergistically to overcome immune resistance, inhibit angiogenesis, and promote tumor cell death.
