serplulimab + chemotherapy

Serplulimab + chemotherapy is a combination regimen used in oncology, most prominently for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) and advanced squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Serplulimab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets and inhibits the Programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor, thereby blocking PD-1 signaling and enhancing T cell-mediated antitumor immune response. When combined with standard-of-care chemotherapies—such as platinum and etoposide for SCLC or cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) for esophageal and other cancers—the regimen has shown superior overall survival and progression-free survival compared to chemotherapy alone in phase 3 trials. The combination is approved for ES-SCLC in China and showed favorable risk-benefit and cost-effectiveness profiles in major clinical trials.
