Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Serplulimab + fruquintinib + XELOX is an investigational combination regimen being evaluated as a first-line treatment for patients with RAS/BRAF-mutated unresectable advanced metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). The regimen consists of serplulimab (a humanized anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody), fruquintinib (a selective small-molecule inhibitor of VEGFR-1, -2, and -3), and XELOX chemotherapy (capecitabine and oxaliplatin). This combination aims to enhance anti-tumor activity by combining immune checkpoint inhibition, anti-angiogenesis, and cytotoxic chemotherapy, potentially overcoming the resistance typically seen in RAS/BRAF-mutated mCRC.
