Overview

Serratula coronata extract + salicylic acid is a topical combination cream formulation investigated for the treatment of psoriasis. Clinical pilot studies conducted by Polish researchers have demonstrated that the combination significantly reduces scaling, erythema, and plaque infiltration in psoriatic lesions compared to baseline and control formulations.
