Sha Shen + Maidong is a traditional Chinese herbal combination most commonly known as "Sha Shen Mai Men Dong Tang" (沙参麦冬汤), composed primarily of the herbs Sha Shen (Glehnia root or Adenophora root) and Mai Dong (Ophiopogon japonicus root). This formula is used to nourish Yin and moisten dryness in the lungs and stomach.
