Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ShotCAR (CD22) is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by Hauul Bio using its proprietary ShotCAR platform. The therapy is engineered to target CD22, a cell surface glycoprotein primarily expressed on B-lineage cells and frequently overexpressed in various B-cell hematologic malignancies. By utilizing the ShotCAR platform, the therapy aims to enhance the precision and efficacy of T-cell mediated cytotoxicity against malignant B cells. It is currently being evaluated in the preclinical stage for the treatment of hematologic cancers, potentially offering a therapeutic alternative or adjunct for patients, including those who have relapsed after CD19-targeted treatments.
