Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SHR-1020 combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel is an investigational combination therapy being studied for the second-line treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. This combination works through multiple mechanisms including blocking tumor mitosis, inhibiting tumor angiogenesis, and inhibiting interstitial fibrosis to achieve anti-tumor effects. Albumin-bound paclitaxel (also known as nab-paclitaxel) is a solvent-free formulation of paclitaxel that uses albumin nanoparticles to deliver the active ingredient more effectively to tumor cells.
