Overview

SHR-1316 + bevacizumab + carboplatin + cisplatin is a combination regimen under clinical investigation for the treatment of advanced cancers, including triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) with brain metastases. SHR-1316 (also known as adebrelimab) is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor. Bevacizumab is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), thereby blocking angiogenesis. Carboplatin and cisplatin are platinum-based chemotherapeutic agents that induce DNA crosslinking and apoptosis in rapidly dividing tumor cells. This combination leverages immunotherapy, antiangiogenic therapy, and cytotoxic chemotherapy to enhance antitumor efficacy, particularly in settings where standard therapies have limited effectiveness[3][1].
