SHR-1316 + chemotherapy is a combination therapy consisting of **SHR-1316**, a fully humanized recombinant IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1, administered together with standard chemotherapeutic agents. SHR-1316 acts by blocking programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1), inhibiting its interaction with PD-1, thereby promoting immune-mediated tumor cell killing. Chemotherapeutic agents used in these combinations vary by indication, including liposomal irinotecan and 5-fluorouracil (for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma), or platinum agents (cisplatin/carboplatin) and etoposide (for small-cell lung cancer and triple-negative breast cancer). This regimen is being studied primarily in cancers such as advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC), and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) with brain metastases. This therapy is currently in clinical trial phases, demonstrating promising efficacy and acceptable safety profiles[1][2][3][4][6].
