SHR-1501 + SHR-2005 is an investigational combination therapy being developed for high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (HR NMIBC) that cannot be completely resected by transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBt). SHR-1501 is an IL-15 superagonist fusion protein that promotes immune response by enhancing the infiltration of CD8+ T cells, effector CD8+ T lymphocytes, and natural killer (NK) cells in the tumor microenvironment. SHR-2005 is administered via intravesical instillation directly into the bladder. The combination is being developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine and is currently in clinical trials.
