Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SHR-1826 + adebrelimab is an investigational combination therapy composed of **SHR-1826**, a c-Met–targeting antibody-drug conjugate developed by Suzhou Suncadia Biopharmaceuticals, and **adebrelimab**, a fully humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody against programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals. SHR-1826 delivers a cytotoxic payload selectively to c-Met–expressing tumor cells, inducing tumor cell death. Adebrelimab blocks the interaction between PD-L1 and its receptors (PD-1 and B7-1), enhancing T-cell–mediated anti-tumor immunity by releasing immune inhibition within the tumor microenvironment. The combination is under evaluation for advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer, in early-phase clinical trials. Both agents are administered intravenously and are being investigated for their synergistic anti-tumor effects, leveraging targeted cell cytotoxicity and immune checkpoint blockade[1][2][4][5][7][9].
