Overview

SHR-1826 + bevacizumab is a combination investigational cancer therapy consisting of SHR-1826, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting c-Met, and bevacizumab, a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A). SHR-1826 is designed to selectively bind c-Met on tumor cells and deliver a cytotoxic payload, leveraging the specificity of the antibody to enhance antitumor activity. Bevacizumab binds all known isoforms of VEGF-A, neutralizing its interaction with VEGF receptors, thereby inhibiting angiogenesis and reducing tumor vascularization. This combination aims to achieve synergistic effects in inhibiting tumor growth and vascular development, and is currently being investigated for use in advanced solid tumors[1][5][7].
