SHR-1826 + SHR-8068

**SHR-1826 + SHR-8068** is a combination of two investigational monoclonal antibodies under clinical development for cancer therapy. SHR-1826 is an anti-PD-1 antibody, acting as an immune checkpoint inhibitor, while SHR-8068 is a monoclonal antibody targeting CTLA-4, also functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor. The combination is being evaluated in multiple Phase 1/2 and Phase 2 clinical trials for advanced solid tumors and non-small cell lung cancer, often as part of larger combination regimens with additional agents like adebrelimab and bevacizumab. SHR-1826 is developed to inhibit the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) pathway, thereby boosting the immune system’s ability to detect and destroy tumor cells.
