Overview

SHR-2002 + SHR-1316 is a combination therapy under clinical investigation for the treatment of advanced malignant tumors, including neoplasms and advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. SHR-2002 is a novel immune checkpoint inhibitor that acts as a CD112 receptor antagonist and T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT) inhibitor, while SHR-1316 (also known as adebrelimab) is an anti-Programmed death-ligand 1 receptor (PD-L1) monoclonal antibody. The combination aims to enhance antitumor immune responses by simultaneously blocking multiple inhibitory pathways in the tumor microenvironment. Clinical trials have evaluated this combination for safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced or metastatic cancers who have failed standard therapies[1][2][3][4][5][6].
