Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This drug is a **combination regimen of three monoclonal antibodies**: SHR-8068 (**anti-CTLA-4** antibody), **adebrelimab** (anti-PD-L1 antibody), and **bevacizumab** (anti-VEGF-A antibody). The combination is under investigation as a third-line or later therapy for patients with metastatic, refractory, non-microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) or proficient mismatch repair (pMMR) colorectal adenocarcinoma, particularly in cases that are unresponsive to previous therapies. The treatment combines dual checkpoint inhibition (CTLA-4 and PD-L1 blockade) with anti-angiogenic therapy (VEGF-A inhibition) to potentially enhance anti-tumor immune responses and inhibit tumor vasculature. SHR-8068 and adebrelimab both are developed by Hengrui Medicine (Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals). Bevacizumab is originally developed by Genentech (now Roche).
