SHR-8068 + adebrelimab + bevacizumab + HRS-10516 is an investigational quadruple combination therapy developed by Suzhou Suncadia Biopharmaceuticals (a subsidiary of Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals) for the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC). This regimen employs a multi-pronged therapeutic strategy: SHR-8068 is a monoclonal antibody targeting CTLA-4, and adebrelimab is a monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1, together providing dual immune checkpoint inhibition to reactivate the anti-tumor immune response. Bevacizumab is an anti-VEGF monoclonal antibody that inhibits angiogenesis, while HRS-10516 is a small molecule multi-kinase inhibitor (TKI) that further targets pathways involved in tumor growth and vascularization, such as VEGFR.
