Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SHR-8068 + adebrelimab + bevacizumab + HRS-10516 is an investigational quadruple combination therapy developed by Suzhou Suncadia Biopharmaceuticals (a subsidiary of Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals) for the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC). This regimen employs a multi-pronged therapeutic strategy: SHR-8068 is a monoclonal antibody targeting CTLA-4, and adebrelimab is a monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1, together providing dual immune checkpoint inhibition to reactivate the anti-tumor immune response. Bevacizumab is an anti-VEGF monoclonal antibody that inhibits angiogenesis, while HRS-10516 is a small molecule multi-kinase inhibitor (TKI) that further targets pathways involved in tumor growth and vascularization, such as VEGFR. By simultaneously modulating the immune microenvironment and inhibiting multiple angiogenic signaling pathways, this combination aims to enhance clinical efficacy and overcome resistance in patients with advanced RCC.
