Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SHR-8068 + adebrelimab + HS-10516 is an investigational combination therapy being developed by Suzhou Suncadia Biopharmaceuticals (a subsidiary of Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals) for the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC). This triplet regimen combines two immune checkpoint inhibitors—SHR-8068, a monoclonal antibody targeting cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4), and adebrelimab (SHR-1316), a monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1)—with HS-10516 (also known as HRS-10516), a novel small-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that primarily targets vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR). By simultaneously inhibiting the PD-L1 and CTLA-4 pathways to restore T-cell activity and utilizing a TKI to inhibit angiogenesis and tumor proliferation, the combination aims to provide synergistic anti-tumor efficacy in patients with advanced or metastatic RCC.
