Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SHR-9839 + SHR-A2009 is a combination therapy under clinical investigation for advanced solid tumors. SHR-9839 is a humanized antibody drug designed to block two key signaling pathways involved in tumor progression. SHR-A2009 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting the HER3 receptor, equipped with a cleavable linker and a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. After binding HER3 on tumor cell surfaces, SHR-A2009 is internalized and delivers its cytotoxic payload to induce tumor cell death. This combination is developed for anti-tumor activity in patients with advanced solid tumors, and is being studied particularly in the context of combination regimens for enhanced efficacy and safety[1][2][3][7].
