Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of SHR-A1811, a HER2-directed antibody-drug conjugate, and camrelizumab, a PD-1 inhibitor. SHR-A1811 is composed of trastuzumab (anti-HER2 antibody), a cleavable linker, and a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. Camrelizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that blocks PD-1, preventing its binding to PD-L1 and consequently inhibiting immune escape of tumor cells.
