SHR-A1811 + carboplatin + bevacizumab is an experimental combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of HER2-positive and possibly other forms of breast cancer. The combination is not approved for clinical use and is being evaluated in clinical trials for efficacy and safety in HER2-positive breast cancer. Primary results indicate promising antitumor activity and acceptable tolerability for SHR-A1811, and bevacizumab’s established anti-angiogenic mechanism may enhance the combination’s effects[1][3][7].
