Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SHR-A2102 + adebrelimab + cisplatin is a combination regimen under investigation for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including urothelial carcinoma and other cancers. SHR-A2102 is a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) consisting of a fully humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting nectin-4, linked to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. It binds to nectin-4 on tumor cells, delivering the cytotoxic agent directly and inducing cell death[1][3][5]. Adebrelimab is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that targets PD-L1 (programmed cell death ligand 1), blocking its interaction with PD-1 and thereby enhancing T-cell mediated anti-tumor immunity[6][8]. Cisplatin is a well-established platinum-based chemotherapy agent that induces DNA crosslinking and apoptosis in rapidly dividing cells. This combination leverages targeted delivery (SHR-A2102), immune checkpoint inhibition (adebrelimab), and cytotoxic chemotherapy (cisplatin) for potential synergistic anti-cancer effects.
