Overview

This is an **experimental combination regimen** consisting of SHR-A2102, adebrelimab, and SHR-8068, currently under evaluation in clinical trials for advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Adebrelimab is a fully humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that blocks PD-L1, disrupting PD-L1/PD-1 immune checkpoint signaling and thus restoring anti-tumor T-cell function[2][4]. SHR-A2102 and SHR-8068 are novel compounds, presumed to be next-generation targeted therapies or immunomodulatory agents, but no detailed mechanism-of-action or molecular profile is available in public clinical trial registries or literature for SHR-A2102 or SHR-8068 as of September 2025[1][3]. The combination represents an immunotherapy-based strategy with potential for synergistic anti-tumor effects in hard-to-treat populations, currently being studied primarily in China.
