Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SHR-A2102 + HRS4642 + adebrelimab is a combination therapy being investigated for the treatment of advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer. The regimen consists of three distinct therapeutic agents developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals: SHR-A2102, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Nectin-4; HRS4642, a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of the KRAS G12D mutation; and adebrelimab, a humanized monoclonal antibody that inhibits the programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) checkpoint. This multi-pronged approach aims to leverage the cytotoxic effects of the ADC, the targeted inhibition of a key oncogenic driver (KRAS G12D), and the reactivation of the anti-tumor immune response. The combination is currently being evaluated in a phase 2 platform trial sponsored by Fudan University.
