Overview

SHR1459 + YY-20394 is an oral combination therapy being investigated for recurrent and refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. SHR1459 is a Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor, while YY-20394 (also known as linperlisib) is a highly selective phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase delta (PI3Kδ) inhibitor. The combination is designed to target two key signaling pathways involved in B-cell malignancy survival and proliferation. Clinical trials are evaluating its safety and efficacy in patients whose disease is resistant to prior therapies[3][4][10].
