SHR2285 + aspirin + ticagrelor

A combination therapy consisting of **SHR2285**, **aspirin**, and **ticagrelor**. SHR2285 is an oral, novel small molecule anticoagulant that selectively inhibits **coagulation factor XIa (FXIa)**. Aspirin is an irreversible inhibitor of **cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1)**, used as an antiplatelet agent, and ticagrelor is a **P2Y12 receptor antagonist** that inhibits ADP-induced platelet aggregation. This combination is being explored as a potential alternative to conventional triple antithrombotic therapy (such as warfarin plus two antiplatelet agents) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and in other settings requiring an oral anticoagulant combined with dual antiplatelet therapy, aiming to reduce thrombosis risk while minimizing bleeding[1][3]. SHR2285 is developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceutical and, when combined with aspirin and ticagrelor, shows marked inhibition of FXI activity and prolongation of activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) without increased bleeding risk in early-phase studies[3].
