Overview

SHR2554 + CHOEP is a combination regimen under investigation for the treatment of lymphoid malignancies. SHR2554 is an oral, small-molecule inhibitor that selectively targets enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2), a histone methyltransferase implicated in tumorigenesis and immune evasion in various lymphomas. Developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine Co., it induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in lymphoma cells by inhibiting both wild-type and mutant EZH2 activity[1][3][5][7]. CHOEP is a multi-agent chemotherapy regimen consisting of cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin (hydroxydaunorubicin), vincristine (Oncovin), etoposide, and prednisone. It is commonly used as first-line therapy for aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphomas such as peripheral T-cell lymphoma[6][8]. The combination aims to leverage the targeted action of SHR2554 with the cytotoxic effects of CHOEP to improve outcomes in relapsed or refractory lymphomas.
