SIM0811 is an investigational small-molecule dual-target agent developed by Simcere for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and thrombosis. It acts as a next-generation plasminogen allosteric activator that enhances the activity of endogenous tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) to accelerate clot breakdown. Additionally, it inhibits soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH), providing local anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects at the site of the thrombus. As of early 2026, it is in Phase I clinical development in China to evaluate safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics.
