Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Sinol M Allergy & Sinus Relief (also marketed as Sinol-M Fast Allergy and Sinus Relief) is an over-the-counter (OTC) homeopathic nasal spray developed by Sinol USA. The primary active ingredient is capsicum (capsaicin), a natural compound derived from pepper plants that acts as a potent agonist of the transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) channel. By stimulating and subsequently desensitizing TRPV1-expressing sensory neurons in the nasal mucosa, the spray helps to relieve nasal congestion, sinus pressure, allergic rhinitis, and sinus headaches. It is formulated with other natural inactive ingredients, including aloe vera, eucalyptol, rosemary extract, sea salt, and vitamin C, to soothe and moisturize nasal passages.
