Overview

This is a four-drug combination regimen consisting of: 1. **Sintilimab** – a fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD‑1), acting as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to enhance T-cell mediated anti-tumor immunity. 2. **Albumin-bound paclitaxel** – a nanoparticle formulation of the microtubule inhibitor paclitaxel bound to albumin, which facilitates tumor delivery and reduces solvent-related toxicity; it disrupts mitosis by stabilizing microtubules. 3. **Platinum agent** – typically refers to cisplatin, carboplatin, or oxaliplatin; these are DNA crosslinking agents that induce apoptosis in rapidly dividing cells. 4. **Recombinant human endostatin** – an endogenous angiogenesis inhibitor produced recombinantly, which blocks new blood vessel formation by inhibiting VEGF signaling and binding directly to VEGFR2. The combination leverages immunotherapy, cytotoxic chemotherapy, and antiangiogenic therapy for synergistic antitumor effects in various advanced solid tumors including non-small cell lung cancer and gastric cancer[1][5][6][8].
