Sintilimab + docetaxel is a combination therapy consisting of sintilimab, a fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting PD-1 (programmed cell death protein 1), and docetaxel, a taxane-based chemotherapeutic agent. This combination has been investigated primarily as a second-line treatment for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have progressed on first-line platinum-based chemotherapy, as well as for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC).
