sintilimab + pegaspargase + gemcitabine + oxaliplatin

This is a combination regimen consisting of four agents: - Sintilimab, a monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor. - Pegaspargase, a pegylated form of L-asparaginase that depletes asparagine and inhibits protein synthesis in tumor cells. - Gemcitabine, a nucleoside analog that inhibits DNA synthesis and induces apoptosis in rapidly dividing cells. - Oxaliplatin, a platinum-based chemotherapeutic agent causing DNA crosslinking and cell death.
