Overview
SKB118 + SKB264 is an investigational combination therapy being developed by Sichuan Kelun-Biotech Biopharmaceutical for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, with a primary focus on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The combination consists of SKB118 (also known as CR-001), a tetravalent bispecific antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and SKB264 (sacituzumab tirumotecan, MK-2870), a trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 (TROP2)-directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) carrying a belotecan-derived topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. This combination leverages the synergistic potential of combining immune checkpoint blockade, anti-angiogenesis, and targeted cytotoxic delivery to enhance anti-tumor efficacy and overcome resistance in solid tumors. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 2 clinical trials.
