Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SKB500 + SKB118 is an investigational oncology combination regimen consisting of SKB500, a novel B7-H3 (CD276)-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), and SKB118 (also known as CR-001), a tetravalent bispecific antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Developed by Kelun-Biotech in collaboration with Crescent Biopharma, this combination is designed to leverage the synergistic effects of targeted tumor destruction and microenvironment modulation. SKB500, built on Kelun-Biotech's proprietary OptiDC platform, features a site-specific cleavable linker and a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. SKB118, discovered by Paragon Therapeutics and licensed to Kelun-Biotech for Greater China, combines immune checkpoint inhibition with anti-angiogenesis to normalize tumor vasculature and enhance the localization and efficacy of the ADC. The combination is being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
