SL-701 + GM-CSF is a combination immunotherapy regimen under investigation for the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) and other high-grade gliomas. The combination has been evaluated in phase 1/2 clinical trials for relapsed or refractory GBM, with administration typically involving subcutaneous injections every two weeks for six months followed by monthly dosing[1][8].
