SL-701 + GM-CSF

SL-701 + GM-CSF is a combination immunotherapy regimen under investigation for the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) and other high-grade gliomas. SL-701 is a synthetic multi-peptide vaccine designed to induce an immune response against tumor-associated antigens commonly overexpressed in gliomas, specifically survivin, interleukin-13 receptor alpha-2 (IL-13Rα2), and ephrin A2 (EphA2)[1][2][3][5].
