SLC1A5-overexpressing NK cells + SLC1A5-targeting bispecific antibody is a conceptual combination immunotherapy in which natural killer (NK) cells are genetically engineered to overexpress the neutral amino acid transporter SLC1A5 (also known as ASCT2) and are administered together with a bispecific antibody designed to bind SLC1A5 on tumor cells and an activating receptor such as CD16 on NK cells.
