Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SOC + TSC-100 is a combination therapy consisting of standard of care (SOC) treatment plus TSC-100, a genetically engineered, donor-derived T cell therapy targeting the minor histocompatibility antigen HA-1. TSC-100 is designed to eliminate all recipient hematopoietic cells that persist post-transplant, including malignant, pre-malignant, and normal cells, while leaving donor-derived cells unaffected. This therapy is being investigated for patients with hematologic malignancies following hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) from a haploidentical donor. The standard of care component typically includes reduced intensity conditioning (RIC), hematopoietic cell infusion, and acute graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) prophylaxis.
