Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TSC-101 is a T-cell receptor engineered donor T-cell therapy targeting the minor histocompatibility antigen HA-2 presented on HLA-A*02:01. It is designed to eliminate residual patient-derived hematopoietic cells after hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT), including malignant, pre-malignant, and normal cells that persist post-transplant, while leaving donor-derived cells unaffected. This approach aims to prevent disease relapse in patients with hematologic malignancies. TSC-101 is administered in combination with standard of care (SOC) treatment, which includes reduced intensity conditioning, hematopoietic cell infusion, and acute graft-versus-host disease prophylaxis.
