Sodium 4-carboxymethoxyimino-(4-HPR) is a novel, water-soluble derivative of the synthetic retinoid metabolite 4-oxo-4-HPR, designed to enhance solubility and bioavailability while preserving strong anticancer activity across multiple solid tumor histotypes.
