Xtracee Plus is an over-the-counter nutritional supplement containing sodium ascorbate (a non-acidic form of Vitamin C) and zinc sulfate. Developed and manufactured by Azarias Pharmaceutical Laboratories in the Philippines, it is indicated for the prevention and treatment of Vitamin C and Zinc deficiencies. The combination of Vitamin C and Zinc works synergistically to strengthen the immune system, enhance antiviral defenses, promote collagen synthesis for wound healing, and protect cells from oxidative stress. It is formulated as a capsule containing 562.5 mg of sodium ascorbate (equivalent to 500 mg of ascorbic acid) and 27.5 mg of zinc sulfate monohydrate (equivalent to 10 mg of elemental zinc).
