Hysan Pflegespray (hysan® Pflegespray) is a nasal medical device developed and marketed by URSAPHARM Arzneimittel GmbH for the treatment of dry nose (rhinitis sicca) and as adjunctive therapy for various forms of rhinitis and rhinosinusitis. It is a sterile, preservative-free solution containing a combination of sodium hyaluronate and dexpanthenol. Sodium hyaluronate acts as a humectant by binding water and forming a stable moisture film on the nasal mucosa, providing long-lasting hydration. Dexpanthenol (provitamin B5) supports the regeneration and healing of the mucosal tissue. The product is administered intranasally and is suitable for adults, children, and pregnant or breastfeeding women.
