Sonrotoclax + cladribine + cytarabine is an investigational combination therapy being evaluated as a salvage chemotherapy regimen for adult patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (R/R AML). The regimen consists of **sonrotoclax** (BGB-11417), a highly potent and selective B-cell lymphoma 2 (BCL-2) inhibitor developed by BeiGene; **cladribine**, a purine nucleoside analogue that also downregulates the anti-apoptotic protein MCL-1; and **cytarabine**, a standard antimetabolite that inhibits DNA synthesis. This triplet combination is designed to overcome resistance mechanisms in AML by simultaneously targeting BCL-2 and MCL-1 pathways while inducing DNA damage. In clinical trials, this regimen is being studied as a bridge therapy to achieve remission prior to allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT).
