Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a combination regimen consisting of **sonrotoclax** (BGB-11417), **dexamethasone**, and **pomalidomide**. Sonrotoclax is a potent and selective BCL-2 inhibitor developed to induce apoptosis in malignant cells, particularly in hematologic cancers such as multiple myeloma with t(11;14). Dexamethasone is a synthetic glucocorticoid that exerts immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory actions. Pomalidomide is an immunomodulatory thalidomide analogue with antineoplastic activity, enhancing T-cell and NK-cell mediated cytotoxicity and targeting the cereblon E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. This experimental combination is studied for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma, most notably in patients harboring the t(11;14) translocation[1][5][7].
