Sorafenib + dacarbazine is a combination therapy used primarily in the treatment of advanced or metastatic melanoma. Sorafenib is an oral small molecule multi-kinase inhibitor that targets several kinases involved in tumor cell proliferation and angiogenesis, including RAF kinases (such as BRAF), vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR), and platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR).
