Spartalizumab is being developed by Novartis for immunotherapy indications; pemetrexed is widely approved for NSCLC and developed by Eli Lilly, carboplatin was developed by Bristol Myers Squibb, and canakinumab is developed by Novartis and approved for autoinflammatory diseases, with cancer applications under investigation.
