spebrutinib + lenalidomide

CC-292 (spebrutinib) is a highly selective, oral small molecule inhibitor of Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK), developed for the treatment of B-cell lymphoproliferative disorders such as mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). Lenalidomide is an immunomodulatory drug and thalidomide derivative with antineoplastic, anti-angiogenic, and immunomodulatory properties. It acts by binding to protein cereblon and modulating immune responses as well as inhibiting tumor growth. The combination of CC-292 and lenalidomide has been investigated in preclinical studies and early-phase clinical trials for synergistic activity in MCL and other B-cell malignancies[2][4][7]. Lenalidomide is marketed under the brand name Revlimid.
