Overview

**SSGJ-707 + capecitabine + oxaliplatin** is an investigational combination regimen for cancer treatment. SSGJ-707 is a bispecific antibody that targets both **PD-1** and **VEGF**, designed using 3SBio’s CLF2 platform. It is being studied in combination with the established chemotherapy regimen XELOX (capecitabine plus oxaliplatin). Capecitabine is an oral fluoropyrimidine antimetabolite that is metabolized to 5-fluorouracil, interfering with DNA synthesis, while oxaliplatin is a platinum-based chemotherapeutic that induces DNA crosslinking and apoptosis in rapidly dividing cancer cells. The combination seeks to leverage immune checkpoint blockade and angiogenesis inhibition with cytotoxic chemotherapy, primarily for metastatic colorectal cancer and non-small cell lung cancer[1][2][5][6][7].
