This combination regimen consists of a stannous fluoride-containing toothpaste, a sodium fluoride-containing mouth rinse, and COREGA Denture Foaming Cleanser. It was investigated in clinical trials to evaluate its efficacy in improving the oral health of partial denture wearers, specifically targeting gingivitis, dental plaque, and dental caries. Stannous fluoride provides antimicrobial, anti-gingivitis, and anti-sensitivity effects, while sodium fluoride promotes the remineralization of tooth enamel to prevent cavities. The COREGA cleanser is a device-classified foam used for the hygiene of the denture itself.
