Sublimated mare's milk, also known as freeze-dried or lyophilized mare's milk, is a nutraceutical and dietary supplement derived from fresh mare's milk. [6, 7] Its composition is remarkably similar to human breast milk, being high in whey proteins (albumin) and low in casein, which makes it more digestible and less allergenic than cow's milk. [1, 2, 3] The milk is a rich source of essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and has a favorable fatty acid profile, including essential fatty acids like linoleic and α-linolenic acid.
