Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of surufatinib (a multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor), toripalimab (a PD-1 inhibitor), pemetrexed (a multitargeted antifolate cytotoxic agent), and two platinum-based chemotherapy drugs (carboplatin and cisplatin). Pemetrexed inhibits multiple enzymes in the folate pathway, interfering with both DNA and RNA synthesis. Carboplatin and cisplatin are platinum compounds that destroy quickly dividing cells. This specific five-drug combination is not well documented in the literature.
