Overview

A combination therapy consisting of surufatinib, a small-molecule inhibitor of VEGFR1-3, FGFR1, and CSF-1R, and vinorelbine, a chemotherapy agent. This combination has shown synergistic effects in lung cancer cell lines and demonstrated promising anti-tumor activity with acceptable toxicity in late-line treatment of refractory advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
